Here's a very quick and easy smoothie recipe for beginners:
Ingredients:
-1 cup V8 Fusion Strawberry Banana Flavor
-1 banana
-1 cup strawberries
-1 tbsp natural peanut butter
-1 cup spinach
-Ice
Directions:
1. Pour 1 cup of V8 Fusion into blender.
2. Add ice cubes (enough to fill liquid).
3. Add remaining ingredients.
4. Blend and enjoy!
Additional Tips:
-For your liquid, you can also try milk (2% or less) or Almond Milk (unsweetened).
-Feel free to adjust the amount of ice to your liking (more ice = thicker smoothie).

I love adding green vegetables to my smoothies to pump up the nutrition!
To make it Paleo friendly, I bet you could sub the peanut butter with almond butter and the almond milk with coconut milk (although the almond milk should still be Paleo ok).
